Delivery Options for the UK
We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 1-3 working days for our standard delivery options. Once dispatched we expect your personalised order to arrive within 1-3 working days.
If you need a guaranteed, speedier service, you can pay a small fee to upgrade to Express which means that you will receive your order on the next working day. Orders placed after cut off will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery Options Outside the UK
All international orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days via a tracked international service, where available. Some locations are exempt from a tracked delivery service, you can see this at checkout when you place your order. Orders over £40 will be shipped free of charge.
Orders shipped outside countries within the EU may be liable to import duties charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our UK studio. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.
European Orders
For orders under €150, delivered to countries within the EU, VAT and any customs charges will be included in the price paid at checkout. Once dispatched we expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days, if your order was dispatched via a tracked service you can visit Track Your Item to follow your order using your Royal Mail tracking number.
Rest of the World Orders
Once dispatched we expect your order to arrive within 7-14 working days, if your order was dispatched via a tracked service you can visit Track and Trace to follow your order using your Royal Mail tracking number.
